§ 4.3. Guarantee in lieu of completed improvements.

No final subdivision plat shall be approved by the Slidell planning commission or accepted for record by the Clerk of Court, St. Tammany Parish, until one of the following conditions has been met:
4.301
All required improvements have been constructed in a satisfactory manner and approved by the city engineer and accepted by the city council; or

4.302
The Slidell planning commission has accepted a performance bond in an amount equal to 100 percent of the estimated cost of installation of the required improvements as estimated on current cost data provided by the project engineer, whereby improvements may be made and utilities installed without cost to the area in the event of default of the subdivider.
