§ 5.4. Detailed construction drawings approval.

5.401
After approval of preliminary plat, the subdivider then prepares detailed construction drawings of all improvements to be made in the subdivision in accordance with these regulations and to the standards of the City of Slidell, Louisiana.

5.402
Detailed construction drawings are then presented to the city engineer for approval of the City of Slidell.

5.403
After approval by city engineer of detailed construction drawings, subdivider can then proceed to install all improvements or the subdivider may post a performance bond that assures that all improvements will be completed per the approved detailed construction drawings.
