§ 2.5. Vice-president; election.

The vice-president of the council shall be elected by the members of the council from among the members thereof. Such election shall be by roll call vote, and the favorable vote of a majority of the elected members shall be required to elect the vice-president.

The vice-president shall be elected at the first regular meeting of the newly elected council for a term of six months not to exceed two consecutive terms.
