§ 11-702. Diversion canal; damage to improvements.

(a)

Any person damaging any permanent or interim improvements made to the W-14 Diversion Canal and its levees shall be punished by a fine of $200.00 or imprisonment for a term of 30 days.

(b)

The requisite public signs pertaining to this section shall be erected along the W-14 Canal.
