§ 16-111. Demolition and/or removal of dangerous or unsafe structures in accordance with state law; recovery of costs in accordance with state law.

The city is hereby authorized to demolish and/or remove dangerous or unsafe structures in accordance with any and all provisions of law now or hereinafter existing, including, but not limited to, La. R.S. 33:4761 through 4767, inclusive. The city is further authorized to recover its costs of demolition, removal, and/or maintenance, along with administrative fees, attorney's fees and interest, in accordance with any and all provisions of law now or hereinafter existing, including, but not limited to, La. R.S. 33:4766.
