§ 19-3. Use of jogger's trail in Possum Hollow Park.

All motorized vehicles are hereby banned from utilizing the jogger's path at Possum Hollow Park. The city shall post signs to this effect. Bicycle riders shall yield to joggers in such park, and the city shall erect signs to this effect.
