§ 19-6. Overnight parking.

There shall be no overnight parking and/or camping in any city park. The provisions of this section shall not apply to bona fide civic, church or school groups who have made application to and received permission from the director of parks and recreation of the city for the utilization of city park grounds for recreational camping purposes.
