§ 21-58. Limitation of article provisions.

Nothing in this article shall be construed to have any effect or impact on, or derogate from any other power given elsewhere in the Charter or this code to other departments or entities of the city with respect to any health, disability, life or unemployment insurance or coverage. Nothing in this article shall be deemed to have any effect upon any bonds provided in connection with a public works contract; any fidelity bonding contracts, provisions or requirements; or any performance or delivery agreements which include performance or delivery bond or insurance provisions.
