§ 27-54. Exceeding posted weight limitations on bridges.

It shall be unlawful to drive any automobile, truck, jeep, recreational vehicle, trailer, mobile home, motorcycle or other vehicle capable of travelling over the highways of the state across any bridge within the city limits in excess of the posted weight limitations. Any violations of this section shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.00 and by a jail term not to exceed 60 days.
