§ 27-161. Mardi Gras and St. Patrick Day parades, purpose.

The regulations contained in this chapter are ordained and required for the public health, safety, morals, good order, convenience and general welfare of the community. It is the intention of this article to establish reasonable limits to the demand for law enforcement, sanitation and other city services and the fire department, and to maintain the great tradition of Carnival.
