§ 28-101. General requirements.

All sanitary sewers, with the necessary manholes, and one service connection opening for each lot adjacent thereto shall be provided for in all subdivisions. In event of the sewer being laid in the street right-of-way, all service connections shall be brought out to the property line prior to any street paving, all in accordance with the plans and specifications of the city.
