§ 29-49. Renewal.

(a)

All applicants for renewals must meet all requirements set out hereinabove.

(b)

All applications for renewal must be received in the department of finance prior to expiration of current license as set out in section 29-46 above.

(c)

Applicants that timely file for renewal, as set out in subparagraph (b) above, will be eligible to receive a temporary license, valid for 60 days, subject to a criminal background check conducted in the City of Slidell and St. Tammany Parish, pending receipt of full criminal background check.
