§ 2-81. Use of city stationery.

It shall be unlawful for any elected official, or any agent or employee of this city, or any person whosoever, to use the official stationery of the city for the purpose of endorsing a candidate for public office, or to use such stationery in a manner to indicate or give the impression that the governing authority is endorsing such a candidate as a body.
