§ 2-107. Department of public operations.

The department of public operations:
(1)

Supervises the offices of public works, water and wastewater and wastewater treatment.

(2)

Programs, prioritizes and schedules all in-house construction on the city's infrastructure systems.

(3)

Coordinates, as may be required, various functions relating to the city's infrastructure systems with the city engineer.

(4)

Performs other duties as assigned by the mayor or the chief of staff.
