§ 2-222. Budget request requirements for organizations receiving city funds.

(a)

Organizations which receive budgeted funds from the city shall provide the director of finance with the following:

(1)

A financial statement of the immediate past year;

(2)

A budget for the current operating year;

(3)

A proposed budget for the upcoming year; and

(4)

A statement of the nonprofit status of the organization.

(b)

Such documents shall be presented by February 28 of each year that such funds have been received and when funds are being requested from the city for the ensuing fiscal year.
