§ 7-71. Scope of article.

The purpose of this article is to provide minimum standards to safeguard life or limb, health, property and public welfare by regulating and controlling the quality of materials, use and maintenance of all electrical work. Where in any specific case different sections of the city electrical code specify different materials, methods of installation or other requirements, the most restrictive shall apply. Where there is a question as to interpretation, the decision of the electrical inspector shall stand.
