Part 4. SUBMISSION OF TRAFFIC IMPACT ANALYSIS  

No traffic impact analysis shall be accepted by the planning department or by the engineering department unless a proposal of the traffic impact analysis, an outline of the proposed traffic impact analysis, and the required professional qualifications are first presented to the planning department and the engineering department for their review and approval.
