Rerouting of traffic and proposed access points serving the proposed project, subdivision or development; or

4.

Participation in funding transportation off-site facilities, including signals and intersection improvements deemed necessary by the traffic impact analysis.

5.

Other actions deemed necessary as demonstrated by the traffic impact analysis and deemed appropriate by the planning department or by the engineering department.
