§ 23-17. Authorization required.

Latest version.

An authorization from the planning department shall be required for a commercial or construction dumpster. The location of the commercial and construction dumpsters shall be noted on the site plan as the multi-family, commercial, and industrial containers for review and approval at the time the building permit is submitted.
