§ 23-18. Time limit.

(a)

Single-family residential zones: A construction dumpster and any replacement dumpster placed under this article may remain on the site for a period not to exceed a total of six months unless a written extension is obtained from the planning department.

(b)

Multi-family and commercial: A construction dumpster and any replacement dumpster placed under this chapter may remain on the site for a period not to exceed a total of six months unless a written extension is obtained from the planning department.

(c)

Light industrial: A construction dumpster or any replacement dumpster placed under this ordinance may remain on the site for a period not to exceed a total of 18 months unless a written extension is obtained from the planning department.
