§ 2-164. Termination of disability.

The disability or inability to serve shall be terminated when, by written opinion, the mayor's attending physician feels that the mayor is no longer suffering from the previous physical or mental disability and is able to perform the duties of his office. In the case of mental disability the required physician's statement shall be a statement by a psychiatrist or the mayor's attending physician's statement shall be accompanied by a supporting statement of a psychiatrist.
